Respect for tradition, flexibility, adaptation and management of human talent. Throughout its 80-year history, Andbank has remained loyal to its core business at the same time as growing and adapting to new market conditions and its customers' demands.
For me, what truly matters at Andbank is its people, it always attracts and encourages human talent in whatever part of the world it may be.- How would you describe your professional development and growth since becoming a part of the Andbank team?
It's true that when I graduated, this was my first job.
I started out in International Private Banking. In recent years, it has experience exponential growth and grown to become the bank's main area of activity.
I feel privileged to have been able to experience these changes close-up and to take part in this evolution. It's been 8 years of not only professional development, but personal growth too.- Are you happy with the balance between your personal and professional life?
Actually, these last few months have represented a major personal challenge; I've just had a baby a few months ago. Now I'm having to find the way of combining my work with my new family situation.
I think that if you like your work, if you like what you do, it's not hard to find the balance.
I define myself as someone who needs constant challenges in both my personal and professional life. If I have them, I'm happy.
